The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are those of property development and the management of properties for multiple residential occupation. The Company operates through four segments: Student accommodation, Build to Rent, Affordable Homes, and Accommodation management. The Student accommodation segment is engaged in the development of purpose-built student accommodation. The Build to rent segment is engaged in the development of build to rent accommodation. The Affordable Homes segment is engaged in the development of residential housing. The Accommodation management segment is engaged in the management of student accommodation and build to rent properties. Its Fresh brand offers a complete management solution for its institutional clients, as well as creating communities for its residents.
