Its property portfolio includes The Hickman, Carrington House, Kingsland House, Elm Yard, wells & more, SIX, Bramah House, Woolyard, 166 Piccadilly, 175 Piccadilly, City Tower, Elm Yard, 70-88 Oxford Street, Mount Royal, Hanover, 103-113 Regent Street, Thirty One Alfred Place, 200 Gray's Inn Road, and others. The Hickman is an office space in Whitechapel. Mount Royal is located on the western end of Oxford Street, occupying a prominent corner position between Old Quebec Street and Portman Street. Its subsidiaries include Great Portland Estates Services Limited, Courtana Investments Limited, G.P.E. (Bermondsey Street) Limited, 73/77 Oxford Street Limited, The Rathbone Place Partnership (G.P. 1) Limited and others.
