Compass Group PLC is a United Kingdom-based provider of food services, operating in approximately 30 countries. The Company’s geographical segments include North America and International. It also has a separate segment for central activities which includes finance, legal, commercial, information technology and human resources. The Company provides food services and support services. Its support services include cleaning in hospitals, reception services at corporate headquarters, managing remote camps, grounds and facilities services at schools and universities and much more. It operates at client locations around the world, from hospitals, schools and oil rigs to corporate headquarters and entertainment venues. The Company provides food and support services across five market sectors, including business & industry; healthcare & senior living; education; sports & leisure; and defense, offshore & remote.
