ABAK SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the provision of outsourcing services in the field of accounting, taxation, human resources and staff remuneration to both private and corporate customers. The Company's service offering covers book running, financial settlement, financial advisory, taxation advisory and advisory on Initial Public Offerings (IPO) process and mergers and acquisitions. The Company operates also one wholly owned subsidiary named Valor Sp. z o.o. located in Warsaw, Poland that provides taxation and accounting outsourcing. In December 2013, the Company acquired a 100% stake in Progress XXVIII Sp. z o.o.
