The Company's business consists of selling cordyceps related products that is used in traditional Chinese medicine. Cordyceps is a fungus which is a combination of a caterpillar and a fungus, which is found at altitudes above 4500 meters (m) in Sikkim. The Company is engaged in the purchase of products from three suppliers in Taiwan and the sale of these products to four unrelated customers. It sells products in bulk to companies who may use the Company's products as ingredients in their products or sell the products they purchase from the Company to their own customers.
