In June 2009, AerFinance plc acquired a 15.84% stake in Avtech Aviation and Engineering Limited, in October 2009 it acquired 100% of shares in AirMarket sp. z o.o. and Aer Software sp. z o.o. As of September 21, 2012, the Company established a new subsidiary, Avio 21 sp. z o.o. On March 22, 2013, its subsidiary, AerFinance Ventures Sp. z o.o. established new subsidiary, AirRec Sp. z o.o. On July 30, 2013, the Company established a new subsidiary, AerFinance Ventures Sp. z o.o.
