Air Asia Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based aircraft maintenance company which provides aviation maintenance, parts and accessories maintenance, outsourcing repairs and aviation material trading, fleet maintenance and repair and replenishment installation pricing services to commercial and military aircrafts and helicopters. The Company’s business includes the repair, leasing and trading of aircraft and related equipment, the manufacturing and assembly of aviation accessories and equipment, the repair of precision industrial equipment, and agents and consultants for the above businesses. The Company also engages in overall fleet logistics support and entrusted operations management. The maintenance business mainly includes the maintenance, repair, renovation and testing of aircraft and helicopter, the processing and repair of aircraft and helicopter parts and components, the renovation and testing of aircraft and helicopter engine, the overhaul and testing of avionics and others.
