ais AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the environmental services and equipment industry. The Company develops and markets products designed for disposal of solid waste, power generation and supply systems used in mobile transport systems and stationary facilities. In addition, it provides consultancy services. The Company’s products and services portfolio comprises three main fields: energy generation and supply, including power generation and supply systems, combined generation systems, such as cogeneration modules, combined heat and power (CHP), and hybrid systems; waste management, comprising waste disposal, recycling of special metals and flue gas cleaning systems; and sales, including copper disposal and sales, as well as electricity and gas sales. In addition to that, the Company is also active in the area of energy generation from waste, energy supply and trade of commodities and energy.
