A.I.S. Resources Limited is a Canada-based investment company. The Company is engaged in investing in securities, commodities, and exploration and evaluation assets. Its projects include Golden Triangle / Lachlan Fold Belt, Fosterville-Toolleen Gold, Yalgogrin Gold and Kingston Gold. The Company owns 100% of Fosterville-Toolleen Gold Project. The project is located approximately 9.9 kilometers (km) from Kirkland Lake’s Fosterville gold mine. The project includes an open cut mine, free gold on the surface, substantial geological work and evidence of quartz. The Company owns a 60% interest in New South Wales Yalgogrin Gold Project. The property covers an area of the 58 square kilometers (km2). It owns 100% interest in Kingston Gold Project. The project covers an area of approximately 167 km2 in Victoria Australia near Stawell and Navarre. It also has joint venture interests with Spey Resources Corp in lithium brines in Argentina at Incahuasi and Pocitos salars.
