Profile Summary
Alma Gold Inc. is a Canada-based gold-focused exploration company. The Company, through its subsidiary Karita Gold Corp., is exploring the Karita West Project in northern Guinea, the Dialakoro project permits under application in the Siguiri Basin of Guinea, and it owns the Clarence Stream North Gold Project in southwest New Brunswick, Canada. The Karita Gold Project is approximately 392.1 square kilometers in size and located west of the gold-rich Senegal-Mali Shear Zone (SMSZ) and adjacent to IAMGOLD’s Karita permit area. The Dialakoro Gold Project consists of four exploration permits totaling about 314 square kilometers in northern Guinea, Africa. It owns a 100% undivided interest in the Clarence Stream North Gold Project. The Clarence Stream North Gold Project consists of two claim groups 3,440 ha in size (claims 9555 and 9556) located immediately north of the advanced-stage Clarence Stream Gold Project owned by Galway Metals Inc.
