Profile Summary
Altai Resources Inc. is a Canada-based natural resource exploration and development company. The Company has a portfolio of natural gas, oil, and gold properties in Canada. It has three natural resource properties, all in Canada. Two of the properties, both in Quebec, are in the exploration stage. It has approximately a 45% net working interest in an oil-producing property in southern Alberta. The 50%-owned Malartic gold property consists of six map designated claims (CDC) totaling approximately 127.6 hectares (ha) in the Malartic Township, Val d'Or area, Quebec, approximately five kilometers (km) north-east of the town of Malartic and the Canadian Malartic mine. It holds a 100% interest in five oil and gas exploration licenses and about 15% gross production royalty in an exploration license in the Sorel-Trois Rivieres natural gas property. Its Cessford Oil property owns a working interest in approximately 240 acres of Alberta Crown leases in the Cessford area of central Alberta.
