The Company's outdoor lifestyle products and shooting sports accessories include hunting, fishing, outdoor cooking, camping, shooting, and personal security and defense products, for rugged outdoor enthusiasts. It designs, conceives, sources and sells its outdoor lifestyle products, including premium sportsman knives and tools for fishing and hunting; land management tools for hunting preparedness; harvesting products for post-hunt or post-fishing activities; outdoor cooking products; and camping, survival, and emergency preparedness products. The Company distributes its products through e-commerce and traditional distribution channels. The Company offers its products under various brands, such as BOG, BUBBA, Caldwell, Crimson Trace, Frankford Arsenal, Grilla Grills, Hooyman, Imperial, LaserLyte, Lockdown, MEAT!
