The Company is focused on partnering with filmmakers, showrunners, content creators, and technology partners to develop, package, finance, and produce compelling film and television projects. The Company specializes in mid-budgeted production where the majority, if not all, of the production budget can be secured against the project’s intellectual property (IP), projected and pre-sold licensing agreements, incentive programs, tax credits, and grants. It owns a portfolio of IPs, including screenplays, such as THIEF written by Karl Gajdusek, ACE IN THE HOLE by Richard D’Ovidio, Three additional THIEF titles, and SPREAD THE WORD written by Michael Andrews. Additionally, it solely maintains option rights to DEVIL’S HALF-ACRE written by Dashiell Luessenhop, and ASK CHRISTINE, a screenplay written by Danielle Silvie Gershberg. It owns 50% of the IP associated with BUFFALOED, an American crime-comedy drama.
