Profile Summary
AP Oil International Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company operates through two segments: Manufacturing and Trading. The Manufacturing segment is engaged in the manufacturing of a range of lubricating oil and specialty chemicals for industrial, automotive and marine applications, as well as the provision of oil blending services and rental of cleaning equipment to its customers. The Trading segment is engaged in the trading in base oil, lubricant components, commodity chemicals, and among others. The Company has three lubricant blending plants (two in Singapore and one in Vietnam) producing a range of lubricants for automotive, industrial and marine applications. Its lubricant products are marketed under the brand name of AP Oil and SIN-O (signifying Singapore Oils). Its specialty chemicals are produced by two of its fully owned subsidiaries namely A.I.M Chemical Industries and GB Chemicals. The Company operates six manufacturing plants.
