Aquila SA is a France-based company that provides 24-hour security services. The Company specializes in the prevention and assistance services for corporate clients and private individuals. It offers interventions in the response to security alerts, accompaniment services for workmen and maintenance technicians in the locations where there may be a security risk, as well as intervention services for elderly people. In addition, the Company develops and markets security devices, notably its Aquimobil portable global positioning system (GPS) security alert device. As of December 31, 2010 Aquila SA operated two subsidiaries: 95%-owned Aquiserv SAS, focused on services for professionals and 98.92%-owned Aquimedia SARL, operating as a 24/24 hour call center.
