Profile Summary
Aquis Communications Group, Inc. offers messaging services in a nine-state network that provides coverage from Boston to Virginia and Washington District of Columbia, penetrating into New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, through its operating subsidiary, Aquis Wireless Communications, Inc. (Aquis Wireless). The network uses the Company's 900-megahertz and 150-megahertz wireless messaging systems. Aquis also resells nationwide and regional services, offers alpha dispatch, news, data circuits, telecommunications consulting and other messaging enhancements. The Company's messaging enhancements include voice mail service that provides a personalized greeting, message repeat and retention services.
