ARCpoint Inc. is a health care company. The Company provides a United States-based franchise system offering drug testing, alcohol screening, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and clinical lab testing, corporate wellness programs and employment and background screening and other services. Its segments include ARCpoint Franchise, AFG Services, and Other. The ARCpoint Franchise segment includes franchise labs. The AFG Services segment consists primarily of clinical testing and software services that support its franchise systems. This segment also includes diagnostic testing kits sold to franchisees as well as other direct business to business customers. The Other segment consists of corporately held ARCpoint Lab franchises. The Company sells franchises to individuals throughout the United States and provides support in the form of marketing, technology, and training to new franchisees. It develops corporate-owned labs committed to providing solutions for customers, businesses, and physicians.
