The Company is focused on exploring gold-silver properties in western Arizona and Nevada. Its projects include Philadelphia property, Silverton Gold project, Ramsey Silver project, and Sycamore Canyon project. The Philadelphia property is located in Mohave County, in northwestern Arizona, which is comprised of approximately 30 claims. The Silverton Gold project is a Carlin-type gold exploration property located in Nye County, Nevada. It consists of approximately 77 unpatented lode mining claims totaling approximately 1540 acres. The Ramsey Silver project is located in Arizona, United States. The Sycamore Canyon project is located in southern Graham County, Arizona, approximately 20 miles northeast of the town of Willcox. Its subsidiaries include Arizona Silver Corporation, 935548 Canada Corp., and Arizona Silver Exploration U.S. Inc.
