Profile Summary
Asiatic Group (Holdings) Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. It has two segments, namely Fire Protection Solutions, and Energy Services. The Fire Protection Solutions segment focuses on supplying, installing and maintaining firefighting and protection equipment. It focuses on power generation and the distribution of controlled power supply and operate as an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Operation and Maintenance contractor (O&M). The power plants under the Energy Services segment include Phnom Penh Power Plant, Phnom Penh Power Plant, Ppsez Power Plant, and Maju Intan Biomass Power Plant. The Fire Protection Solutions segment focuses on systems and product design, supply, installation and commissioning for the maintenance of fire protection equipment and systems. It engages in manufacture of fire extinguishers and assemble firefighting products such as hose reels, hydrants, alarm systems and emergency lighting, under the brand name KILLFIRE.
