The Company operates through three segments: Retail of jewellery, Real estate business, and Financial service business. Its other operations include rental of properties and provision of other support services. The Company’s Retail of jewellery business consists of various jewelry brands, including German jewellery house, Niessing, Lee Hwa Jewellery, and Goldheart Jewellery. Its Real estate business consists of managing property development projects and hotels in Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia. In Malaysia, the Company opened approximately two Citadines Connect hotels in Lebuh Noordin and Penang. The Company’s Financial Service Business provides pawnbroking services and secured loan services. Its subsidiaries include Aspial International Pte. Ltd., World Class Land Pte. Ltd., Aspial Lifestyle Limited, Aspial Treasury Pte. Ltd., and others.
