Profile Summary
Astaka Holdings Limited is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in property development. The Company’s projects include One Bukit Senyum, Aliva, and Bukit Pelali @ Pengerang. The One Bukit Senyum project is located in Johor Bahru City Centre, approximately 6.2 million square feet of new buildings, which include residential towers, a five-star hotel, branded residences, serviced apartments, an entertainment hub, an office tower, the headquarters of Johor Bahru’s City Council, and Menara MBJB. The Bukit Pelali @ Pengerang project is approximately 363-acre township, which include residential units, shop offices, a clubhouse, hotel, private hospital, mart, school, mosque, food and beverage hub, and petrol station. The Aliva is a freehold land and service residence with approximately 499 units. The Company is seeking new investment opportunities and real estate acquisitions.
