The Company's main activities consist the management of the Group, the rendering of services to members of the Group as well as the investment in other enterprises and corporations and the management of such investment, including the acquisition and disposal of investments in Austria and abroad. The Group is a B2B (business-to-business) provider of secure data solutions in Europe and active in the business areas of (i) Digital Security through the Austria Card GmbH and its subsidiaries; and (ii) Information Management through INFORM and its subsidiaries (iii) Nautilus, a research department of the Group focused on providing IoT services that can be applied to industries, from retail, supply chain to security and defense.
