Profile Summary
Aventis Energy Inc., formerly Vital Battery Metals Inc., is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the development of strategic projects comprised of battery, base and precious metals in stable jurisdictions. It is working to advance its Sting Copper Project. The Sting Copper Project covers over 12,700 hectares and hosts multiple historic Newfoundland and Labrador Government documented mineral occurrences and is located within a 50 km corridor known for significant volcanogenic massive sulfide, copper quartz vein lode and low sulphation epithermal gold showings. It has an option agreement to acquire a 75% interest in the 12,265-hectare Corvo Uranium Project that is located in the eastern Athabasca Basin region. Its Schofield Lithium Project is located approximately 60 km south of Hearst, Ontario. Its Dickson Lake Lithium Project consists of 446 single-cell mining claims covering 9,780 hectares and is near Imagine Lithium and Georgia Lake Lithium Deposits.
