BABY JOB Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the childcare support business. The childcare support business operates subscription services for disposable diapers and baby wipes called Tebura Touen, Kao Smile Touen, and Niko Niko Touen, and sells products to childcare facilities on e-commerce (EC) sites. Subscription service for disposable diapers and other items allows users to use disposable diapers and baby wipes provided at childcare facilities without any size or number restrictions by paying a fixed monthly fee. Tebura Touen, Kao Smile Touen, and Niko Niko Touen services can only be used at childcare facilities that have signed a basic contract to introduce the service. The Company also operates a portal site called Ensagaso, which supports parents' efforts to get their children into childcare facilities.
