BankFlorida Bancorp, Inc. is the holding company for BankFlorida (the Bank). The Bank is a state-chartered bank that serves its customers and communities by providing banking services. The Bank's financial services consist of deposit and lending activities provided through its branch locations in Pasco, Palm Beach and Osceola counties, Florida. The Bank's deposit accounts are insured up to the applicable limits by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Bank's services include personal, commercial, savings and wealth solutions. The Bank's personal services include mobile banking, checking, money market accounts and certificates of deposit. The Bank's commercial services include business checking, business money market accounts, commercial credit and treasury management. The Bank offers three types of savings accounts: personal savings, minor savings and business savings. The Bank's wealth solutions include Investment Management, 401k Rollover, 1031 Exchange and Asset Protection.
