Billerud Aktiebolag (publ) is a Sweden-based company, that provides paper and packaging materials. The business is organized into the business flow functions Commercial, Operations and Wood supply and is governed through the product areas Board and Paper. The Company has three operating segments: Region Europe, Region North America and Solutions & Others. Region Europe segment includes the board and paper products made of virgin fiber such as: liquid packaging board, kraft and specialty paper, containerboard, cartonboard, sack paper and market pulp. Region North America segment takes care of production and sale of graphic and specialty paper as well as market. Solutions & Others include Procurement & Wood Supply, operations of Scandfibre Logistics AB and Consolidated Waterpower Company, rental operations, dormant companies, idle assets, income from the sale of businesses. The Company serves its customers worldwide.
