Profile Summary
Bitcoin Crypto Currency Exchange Corp, formerly American Security Resources Corporation, is a holding company with three wholly owned subsidiaries. Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation has completed several development stages of the HydraStax unit. The Company has two additional subsidiaries. The Company formed American Security Capital Corporation, which is engaged in providing financing options for the sales of products created by Hydra Fuel Cell and American Hydrogen. American Hydrogen Corporation is developing technologies to formulate hydrogen. Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation completed the initial development stage and several advanced stages of the HydraStax unit and testing for certification is underway. The Company’s subsidiary American Hydrogen Corporation (AHC) was created to develop and commercialize technologies to formulate hydrogen that will change the economics of producing hydrogen.
