Bitcoin Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-end investment fund. The Fund’s investment objectives seeks to provide holders of Units of the Fund with: exposure to digital currency bitcoin and the daily price movements of the United States dollar price of bitcoin and opportunity for long-term capital appreciation. The Funds strategies is to invest in long-term holdings of bitcoin, purchased from bitcoin exchanges and Over-The-Counter (OTC) counterparties, to provide investors with a convenient, secure alternative to a direct investment in bitcoin. 3iQ Corp is the trustee and investment manager of the Fund.
