Black Horse Mining Limited is an Australia-based gold focused company. The Company holds over 51% of the historical Mt Egerton gold mines near Ballarat in Victoria, Australia. Its flagship project, the Mt Egerton Project, is located within a gold-bearing province in the southwest region of the Bendigo-Ballarat Zone in Central Victoria, Australia. This zone has produced over 80 million ounces of gold. The Bendigo Zone is bounded by major crustal-scale faults (Avoca Fault and Heathcote Fault) with deep-seated listric faults such as the Muckleford Fault acting as major mineralizing fluid conduits. The Bendigo-Ballarat zone contains the two highest-grade producing gold mines in Australia: Fosterville and Costerfield.
