Profile Summary
Black Mountain Energy Ltd is an Australia-based energy and resources company. The principal activities of the Company include seeking investment and development opportunities in oil and gas and deploying capital in exploration. It is focused on sustainable development of oil and gas projects onshore Australia and the United States of America. It also focuses on identifying, developing and operating projects in hydrocarbon-rich basins. Its projects include Valhalla Project and Half Moon Project. The Valhalla Project (EP371) is in the Fitzroy Trough, west of Fitzroy River in Washington's (WAs) north, about 2,500 kilometers (km) from Perth. The permit area covers 3,662 square kilometers (km2) in the Canning Basin. The Half Moon Project is located in the northwestern corner of the Delaware Basin adjacent to the NW shelf. It comprises an interest in eight wells that have produced nearly three million barrels of oil equivalent from the lease acreage.
