Block Energy Plc is an independent oil and gas company focused on production and development in Georgia. Its segments include Oil and Gas Exploration, and Corporate and Other. The Company’s projects include Project I, Project II, Project III and Project IV. Project I is focused on the development of the Middle Eocene reservoir of the West Rustavi/Krtsanisi field, defined by the intersection of licenses XIF and XIB. Project II focused on redeveloping the Middle Eocene reservoir of the Patardzeuli-Samgori field. Project III focused on tap the significant undeveloped gas resource located in the Lower Eocene, Palaeocene and Upper Cretaceous reservoirs within the XIB and XIF licenses. Project IV is focused on exploring the full potential of its licenses, including license IX and Didi Lilo, where it has identified significant prospectivity. Project IV also includes XIQ PSC (production sharing contract) licenses. The Company also owns Samgori South Dome (SSD) field.
