The Company owns, operates, and develops a portfolio of assets in the markets, such as office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, triple net lease, student housing, and manufactured housing assets. The Company operates in four segments: Office, Retail, LP Investments, and Corporate. Its Office segment portfolio consists of approximately 72 million square feet and over 128 office assets. Its Retail segment portfolio consists of approximately 109 million square feet over 107 malls and urban retail properties across the United States. Its LP Investments portfolio includes equity invested in Brookfield-sponsored real estate opportunity funds, which target assets with operational upside across various real estate sectors, including office, retail, multifamily, logistics, hospitality, mixed-use, and other alternative real estate.
