Through its subsidiaries, the Company is primarily engaged in the production and bottling of beer, mineral waters and soft drinks. The variety of beer products include refresher beer, fruit flavoured beer and tasting for testing beer, among others. The Company operates in a number of countries, such as Belgium, France and the Netherlands. Its subsidiaries include Brouwerij Haacht NV, Atlas - Maatschappij voor Leningen en Voorschotten NV, Codrico NV, Investment Frankenberg, Brasserie du Coq Hardi SA, La Grande Barde SCEA and De Leeuw Beheermaatschappij BV, among others. The Company's main subsidiary, Brouwerij Haacht NV, is involved in the production and commercialization of beers, waters and lemonades, as well as in other related activities.
