Butn Limited is an Australia-based business-to-business (B2B) funder. The Company focuses on transactional funding by funding small and medium enterprises (SME) businesses through their working capital constraints by financing individual transactions, leveraging the end debtor’s credit. This includes factoring, supply chain finance, and commission advancement across a wide range of industries. In addition, it has developed a fintech solution to extend its funding approach and leverage reach through third party platforms. The Company’s funding solutions include Butn X, Butn Terms, and Butn Pay. Butn X provides extended payment terms to clients without managing the credit assessment of clients or collections when they have not paid on time. Butn Terms enable organizations to outsource all their accounts receivables, including onboarding through to payments and collections. Butn Pay is where it pays any invoice or bill on its client's behalf, providing them with extended payment terms.
