CA Immobilien Anlagen AG is an Austria-based company and is engaged in the main activity of strategic and operational management of its domestic and foreign subsidiaries. The Company's core business is the development and management of modern class A office properties in core Europe. It covers the entire value chain in the commercial real estate sector - from land preparation, involvement in the master plan and land development to the realization of the surrounding infrastructure and the construction and operation of new buildings. The Company either takes completed projects into its own portfolio or sells them to an end investor. It provides business model that is geared towards sustainable value creation, taking account of ecological, economic, social and legal dimensions and has an in-house project development and covers the entire value chain in the commercial real estate sector. The core regions comprise Germany, Austria, Poland and Czechia.
