Profile Summary
Canoe Mining Ventures Corp. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, evaluation and development of principally gold resource properties in Canada. The Company's exploration activities are focused on its properties in Northern Ontario, Canada. It holds a 100% interest in the Kerrs Gold Property which consists of around 12 mining leasehold patents located in the Larder Lake Mining Division of Ontario. The property is subject to net smelter return royalty (NSR) ranging from 0.8% to 2.0%. The Company has an option agreement to acquire 100% legal and beneficial interest in approximately 87 mineral exploration claims in Butt Township, District of Nipissing in the Province of Ontario.
