CapAllianz Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based company, which is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. The principal activities of the Company are Exploration and production of oil and gas; Investment holding and trading; and Investment holding and management of a retail supermarket. The Company operates through two segments: Oil and gas segment, and Investment and trading segment. The Oil and gas segment is comprised of exploration, development and production activities and drilling activities. Its Investment and trading segment is comprised of investment, including in private equity deals, pre-initial public offerings (mature stage), initial public offerings, fixed income and hybrid instruments; and Trading, including the trading of equities, commodities and other financial instruments. Under the oil and gas portfolio, the Company holds approximately 20% interest in the Thailand onshore oil concessions located at Phetchabun Basin (Thailand Operations).
