Profile Summary
Capital Holding Group ADSITS, formerly Black Sea Investment ADSITS, is a Bulgaria-based real estate investment trust, licensed by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. The principal objective of the Fund is to allocate funds, which are acquired through the issuance of securities, into real estate. The Company acquires property rights on self-contained individual properties constituting of newly constructed multifunctional administrative, residential and commercial buildings, in order to renovate, lease, rent or sell them.
