Profile Summary
Capitea SA, formerly known as GetBack SA w restrukturyzacji, is a Poland-based company engaged in the financial sector. The Company provides debt collection services. The Company's activities are divided into two segments: Proprietary Funds and Third-Party Funds. The Proprietary Funds division focuses on the recovery of liabilities for its own account using securitization funds and securitization firms owned by the GetBack Group, such as easyDebt NSFIZ, Universe 3 NSFIZ, GetPro NSFIZ, Open Finance Wierzytelnosci NSFIZ and Bakura Sp z o o. The Third-Party Funds division is responsible for the management of accounts receivable portfolios owned by securitization funds based on unit-linked funds, as well as provision of related advisory services, such as legal consulting and representation in court.
