Profile Summary
Carlyle Commodities Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of mineral property interests. The Company owns 100% of the Newton Project in the Clinton Mining Division of British Columbia. The Newton property is located approximately 100 kilometers (km) west of the city of Williams Lake in central British Columbia. The Newton Gold Project encompasses over 24,000 hectares (Ha), the deposit includes approximately 861,400 oz gold (Au) and 4,678,000 oz silver (Ag). The Quesnel Gold Project is located in the Cariboo Mining Division, approximately 30 kilometers (km) northeast of Ques-nel in Central British Columbia, covering 1,607.34 (Ha). The Company also holds the option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in the prospective Nicola East Mining Project, located approximately 25 km east of the mining town of Merritt, British Columbia.
