Profile Summary
Carmanah Minerals Corp. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties in Canada. Its projects include the Walker Project and Hill Pluton Rare Earth Project. The Walker Property lies within the Wollaston-Mudjactic transition zone (WMTZ) of the eastern Athabasca basin, which is host to the highest-grade uranium mines in the world. The Walker Property is 10,576.33 hectares and is located in Saskatchewan. The Company also holds 100% interest in the Hare Hill Pluton Rare Earth Project. This project comprises approximately 1,564 claims totaling 39,100 hectares in Central Newfoundland. The Company also entered into a property option agreement to acquire the Baie Verte Brompton Project in Central Newfoundland.
