Profile Summary
CD Private Equity Fund I is an Australia-based private equity funds focused on United States small-cap private equity funds and direct company investments. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide unitholders with exposure to a portfolio of investments in small to medium private investment funds and privately held companies, predominantly in the United States (US). The Fund has invested in a limited partnership, US Select Private Opportunities Fund, L.P. (LP) which, in turn, invests in small-to-mid market private investment funds and companies. The Fund invests in a range of industries, including restaurants, consumer products, manufacturing and business services. The Fund's investments are selected by a joint venture between the private investment arm of the Cordish Companies of Baltimore, Maryland and E&P Funds. The Fund's responsible entity is K2 Asset Management Ltd.
