Central Reit Investment Corp, formerly Xymax Reit Investment Corp, is a real estate investment trust (REIT) company. It aims to achieve sustainable growth in assets and stable earnings from mid- to long-term perspectives. The Fund mainly invests in offices, commercial facilities, hotels and other real estate. The investment areas are primarily the Tokyo metropolitan area, Nagoya area, Osaka area, Fukuoka area, and other designated cities. It is a closed-end type that does not allow investors to request the redemption of their investment units. Properties include the XYMAX Nishi-Shimbashi Building, XYMAX Iwamotocho Building, XYMAX Kamiyacho Building, XYMAX Hachioji Building, Muza Kawasaki, Hotel Vista Sendai and others. The asset manager is Meitetsu Xymax Asset Management Co Ltd.
