The Company operates through three segments: Workers accommodation, Student accommodation and Others. The Workers accommodation segment is engaged in the provision of dormitory accommodation and services for workers. The Student accommodation segment is focused on the provision of accommodation and services for students. The Others segment includes the manufacture and sale of optical storage media and other trading goods. It has five main geographical areas: Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, United Kingdom and Other countries. The Company’s subsidiaries include Centurion Dormitory Venture Pte. Ltd., Centurion Dormitories Sdn Bhd, Centurion Overseas Investments Pte. Ltd., Centurion Overseas Ventures Ltd, Centurion Overseas Investments (II) Pte.
