Century Financial Corporation provides financial services through its offices located in southern Michigan. The Company's primary deposit products are checking, savings, and term certificate accounts. Its primary lending products are residential mortgage, commercial, and installment consumer loans. Its real estate loans are secured by both residential and commercial real estate. Its subsidiary includes Century Bank and Trust, combined with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Century Insurance Services and Century Mortgage Services. Its segments include Commercial, Residential real estate, and Consumer. Under Commercial segment, it offers loans to businesses that are sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. Under Residential real estate segment, it offers loans to purchase or refinance one- to four-family residences. Under Consumer segment, it offers term loans or lines of credit for the purchase of consumer goods, vehicles or home improvement.
