Profile Summary
Chang Wah Electromaterials Inc is a distributor of semiconductor packaging materials, equipment and panel materials. The Company is an agent for materials from well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers. The products and services include integrated circuit (IC) lead frames, sealing resins, light-emitting diode (LED) lead frames, etc. The main products include lead frames, sealing resins, memory substrates, flip chip substrates, chip-size flip chip substrates, conductive glue (silver glue) and non-conductive glue, automatic molding equipment, slag removal molding equipment, release film, regenerated wafers and other IC packaging related products, as well as electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) lead frames, flexible printed circuit boards (FPC) and other optoelectronic related products. The products are involved in IC packaging, thin-film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) and LED and Mini LED. The Company sells products in the Taiwan and other areas of Asia.
