Change Financial Ltd is an Australia-based global fintech company. The Company leverages scalable technology to provide payment solutions, card issuing and testing to banks and fintechs. Its principal activity includes commercialization and ongoing development of its payments management platform and payment testing solution. Its core products include Vertexon Payments as a Service (PaaS) and PaySim. Vertexon (PaaS) integrates with the core systems of banks and fintechs, enabling the delivery of physical, digital, and virtual card solutions to their customers. It includes integrated features such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services. PaySim is a payment testing solution, which enables banks and fintechs to complete end-to-end testing of their payment platforms and processes from a desktop. It also provides the default standard for payments testing for many Australian companies, including Australia’s domestic card payment service EFTPO.
