The Convenience Retail segment comprises convenience-based retail shopping center investment properties held directly and through investments in joint venture entities. The Long WALE Retail Property segment comprises long WALE retail investment properties held through investments in joint venture entities. It uses its property expertise to access, deploy, manage and invest equity in real estate sectors to create value and generate superior returns for its customers. It supports clients across businesses, from head office, distribution, and logistics, right through to retail point of sale. It focuses on investments in sectors such as office, industrial & logistics, retail and social infrastructure. Its property portfolio includes 10 Shelley Street, Pacific Square Shopping Centre, Balcatta Industrial Park and others.
