The Company operates through two segments: Convenience shopping centre retail and Convenience net lease retail. The Company’s Convenience shopping centre retail segment comprises convenience-based retail shopping center investment properties held directly and through investments in joint venture entities. Its Convenience net lease retail segment comprises convenience net lease retail investment properties which includes service station and hospitality assets. The assets are held both directly and through investments in joint venture and associate entities. The Company is a registered managed investment scheme. The Company is managed by Charter Hall Group. The Responsible Entity of the Company is Charter Hall Retail Management Limited, a wholly owned entity of Charter Hall Limited.
