The Company’s subsidiaries include Chem Transport Pte Ltd., which is engaged distribution and transportation services; Kimia Trading Pte. Ltd., which is a General merchant, importer and exporter of chemicals; Chemical Industries (Myanmar) Limited, which is engaged in the manufacture and wholesale of sodium hypochlorite, and Juta Properties Private Limited, which is a proprietor of commercial buildings.
