China Merchants Securities Co Ltd is a China-based company, principally engaged in security businesses. The Company operates five segments. The Wealth Management and Institutional Business segment is engaged in securities and futures brokerage business, providing financing and securities lending services to financing customers, agency sales of financial products and other wealth management. The Investment Banking segment provides corporate financing financial services including share and bond underwriting and financial advisory services. The Investment Management segment is engaged in asset management, providing asset portfolio management and maintenance, investment advisory and transaction execution services. The Investment and Trading segment is engaged in equity products, fixed income products, derivatives trading and market making, other financial product trading services and alternative investments. Other business segment mainly includes headquarters business, investment holding.
